The "Florence" scale is a bowl that decorates very nicely in your interior and matches many colors. Also ideal for your table or in the kitchen on the island or countertop as a fruit bowl, table decoration, salad bowl, spaghetti bowl, kitchen bowl... . Can be used both indoors and outdoors. This is certainly a unique eye-catcher and gives your table setting a personal touch.

The "Florence" bowl was made on the turntable with a natural white clay and after turning I elegantly cut out the wave. The cut-out shape is inspired by the sea, which for me radiates tranquility in my habitat.

Is finished here with the new "Florence green". It appears a bit lighter and natural beige on the edges.

My work is labeled with the shaped "a" of artisann.

Making process

• The bowl is made on the turntable with a 4kg clay ball The scale is turned.
• Allow to dry very slowly for at least one week

• The wavy line is cut by hand according to your own feeling. Artist spirit

• A biscuit bake in a 950° oven which takes at least a day and a half
• Is glazed by hand and brush
• Is baked in a glaze kiln at 1250° and takes two days.
• The high container is possible because the white clay is stoneware clay and can withstand this high temperature. The glaze recipe is also specially designed for a 1250° bake.

This baking and making process determines the high quality.
